Ethopia Yirgacheffe by Ground for Change
Very disappointing! GroundsforChange over roast this (listed as medium-dark roast) so that the flavors are lost. There’s nothing subtle about this coffee, which is perhaps one of the magic elements of the Whole Foods Yirgacheffe I liked most. GroundsforChange describe this as aromatic and bold, both of which are true but not pleasantly so.
