Old Houses

We used to live in an Old House (circa 1690) which become a major past-time; it was (and still is) a beautiful old colonial and the oldest surviving structure in the village. We put a lot of work into bringing the place back; it was a little run down but nothing a little T.L.C. couldn’t fix. We’ve had to learn a lot of D.I.Y. in the process; I can honestly say I’m an expert floor sander and not a bad carpenter considering that I speak fortran.

We created a web-site with the history of the house and pictures. We sold the house in the Fall of 2004 – very sad – in order to move to the Princeton area. We bought a “young” house there, built in the 1920’s as a hunting lodge.
